Allium ophioscorodon. Bulbs of this hardneck porcelain garlic typically have eight cloves, but can be even larger when well grown. These cold-hardy Music garlic seed bulbs have a fine flavour and medium strength. The cloves are wrapped in a slightly pink skin, with pure white wrappers over the bulb. When cured properly, Music Organic garlic will store for months without losing any of their strong flavour and aroma.
