We guarantee all our plants to be true to name and good condition when leaving our store.
Providing our planting and maintenance instructions are followed our guarantee is:
Hardy evergreens, broadleaf evergreens, shrubs, vines and small fruits - 1 year from date of purchase
Perennials and vines - 1 year from date of purchase
Annuals, tropicals and giftware are guaranteed to be in good condition upon leaving our garden centre - no guarantee
If a plant fails to grow within the guaranteed period we will issue an in-store credit for the original amount paid.
